at Pontin’s is
in single story chalets, all of which are en-suite with shower and toilet.
All chalets also have a TV, a kettle and cups. The
chalets are by no means large and luxurious but they are perfectly habitable.
Bed linen is provided, but not towels.
Some chalets have double beds, some twin beds. You have to be willing to take
pot luck with how comfortable the beds are but the general experience among
Wingers has been that the accommodation is perfectly habitable for a weekend
event, and extremely good value for money.
The prices include breakfast and evening meal in a cafeteria restaurant. The food is plentiful with plenty of choice and of very good “canteen” quality. No one complains that there isn’t enough food; you can eat as much as you like.
There is also a pub, shops and a cafe on site where you can buy
food, and there is also a Fish & Chip Shop and a Burger Shop which are popular
for late night top-ups.
A limited number of “Club” chalets are available for an extra charge. These are exactly the same size as the standard “Classic” chalets but they have more recently modernised bathrooms and towels are provided, together with a welcome pack of coffee, tea, etc.
There are also larger chalets which have two bedrooms and two bathrooms and these have various permutations of beds, bunks and baths to suit families. A modest extra charge applies for occupying these chalets too.

Family Chalets: £12 per stay. Single Occupancy: £12.50 per stay. Children half price, but they can only stay on Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights. Displays and Parade are primarily for GoldWings, but the bikes of Wingers' Guests are welcome too. Cars are also welcome but at Pontin's only. Bikes may be parked on site — cars in car parks only.
