Kissogram for Nigel in Chester?

Nigel Mackintosh, who recently retired as Federation Webmaster, is due a treat from his former colleagues of the Federation Team.

Rumours are circulating that the social evening after the Light Parade could present a suitable opportunity and since Nigel has recently made it clear that it’s blondes rather than badges which he would like, a kissogram could be on the cards.

The precise arrangements and timing will have to remain a  secret of course but suffice it to say that cameras at the ready would be sensible, just in case his dreams come true either in central Chester or elsewhere.
