As well as arranging a second hotel, the Latymer Hotel, with more up his sleeve as necessary, Dave Crowley, now effectively the Lead GoldWing Organiser for the Event (or at least he’s doing most of the work) has persuaded the Event Hotel, the Beaufort Park, to release some rooms from another allocation at the same special rate, and to hold them until mid-March if necessary.
Whether these extra rooms will last that long seems doubtful, the incredible rate at which Wingers seem to be flocking to book for this Event, but at least those who were on a waiting list will probably now get a phone call.
If anyone on the waiting list at The Beaufort Hotel has not been contacted, I would suggest that you give them a call, to make sure you have a room from the new allocation.
Webmaster, based on the above article, I must remember to give you that fiver when I next see you!!

Latest news 5pm to-day 27th. We have very few rooms available at the Beaufort Hotel, so if you want one, you need to book a.s.a.p.
We do have the Latymer Hotel, just minutes walk to Chester city center with secure parking and a special negotiated rate.
The camp site is taking bookings at a steady rate so come on folks, before it’s too late.
