2011 Event Information

Last minute touches and friendly chat while mustering for the 2009 Parade

The 2011 Blackpool Illuminations GoldWing Light Parade Weekend, now in its ninth year, will take place in early September and the dates will be announced as soon as possible.

As usual there will be a Best Lit Bike Competition on the Friday Evening, a static display on Saturday Afternoon and the Parade itself, the highlight of the GoldWing year, will take place on Saturday evening.

The Venue is likely to be the same Crescent of hotels and apartments on South Shore Promenade which we used for the 2010 Event, just south of the Pleasure Beach.

Further details will be announced as soon as practicable.

The GoldWing Light Parade is organised for the benefit of all GoldWing riders and their families and friends, whether and whichever club they may be in by the Federation of UK GoldWing Clubs.
