The Warwick Hotel is full, please choose one of the other Hotels to make your reservation.
Accommodation for the 2010 GoldWing Light Parade is available in a group of hotels, B&Bs and apartments along and near to Warwick Crescent on South Shore Promenade. It’s just South of the Pleasure Beach.
The Crescent is set back from the Promenade roadway and there is an area of lawn too. These provide space we can use for Event activities over the weekend. Off street parking is available behind the hotels for all participants but the roadway of the Crescent and the area of lawn in front of it will be part of the Event venue for the weekend. (The participating Hoteliers are supporting us in our request to the Council to close the Crescent for our use during the weekend.)
Non-residents Wingers will be welcome in all the bars and lounges of participating hotels and may use the hotels’ off street parking (around the back) throughout the weekend.
The main venue is the Warwick Hotel but discounted rates (and bar prices) have been agreed by all participating Hotels and the GoldWing Event Rate (which you should ask for) is £35 per person per night for bed, breakfast and evening meal and there are three large, Star-rated Hotels (Warwick, Broadway and Colwyn) which are offering that rate. The Palm Beach is charging more and another, small hotel is charging even less.
The Warwick and some of the other hotels will be offering lunchtime sandwiches and snacks and evening bar meals. Breakfast and evening meals in the restaurant may also be available for non-residents at the Warwick by prior request.
Note that these hotels all provide waitress service in their dining rooms rather than a cafeteria.
All accommodation is en suite and the standard is typically much better than the Chalets at Pontin’s. Most rooms are sea-facing. The Warwick has a heated indoor swimming pool.
The larger hotels are two or three star rated. There are no supplements for sea views or single rooms and family rooms are also available. Please check with the individual hotels for family room capacities and prices. The Sandpiper has apartments which will take from 2 to 7 people. The rate for the Palm Beach is based on a three night stay and staying for two nights will cost slightly more per night.

Telephone the hotel of your choice directly to make your booking. They all take their own bookings, so take your pick Some hotels have a night porter who might take a reservation message and the Landladies of the smaller one live on the premises, but for reliable access to proper Reception facilities, best to telephone between 10am and 6pm.
The hotels are listed below in their order along the Crescent. The Warwick, Broadway and Colwyn have already been inspected by the Event Organisers in some detail and the others will also be checked out as soon as practicable, but all these participating hotels are believed to offer good accommodation and good value.
